In early 2000 Sovereign Bank doubled the number of bank branches it owned throughout New England and the New York region.

By the time Sovereign Bank approached Tallán, a premier IT solution provider, it had been operating for two years with each region functioning independently using unique written communication and branding.

GRSDesign worked with Tallán to create a single common web site and identity for all regions. Tallán expertly provided the functional coding while GRSDesign worked with members of Sovereign's staff to develop a new and differentiating visual style that conveyed their warm friendly small town appeal.

Sovereign Bank saw a dramatic 25% increase in site traffic after the release of the site redesign in 2002.

Sovereign has since continued development with the tone and style set forth by GRSDesign.
